Returns / Exchanges

PRODUCT RETURNS OR EXCHANGE

  • The Customer is responsible for the costs associated with returning an item to us.

  • Customers are required to complete the online returns form (via your OzSportsDirect customer login) to request a product return or exchange.  Once your request has been lodged, you will receive email notification of the returns address.

  • Please ensure you include a completed copy of your Product Exchange Form (on the reverse of the order confirmation) with the returned item/s. 

 

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE

    • We accept product exchange requests*, as long as products are returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition, with all tags attached and in their original, undamaged packaging within 30 days, we are happy to exchange garments for a different size.  (*Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted for headwear which includes football headgear, Caps, Beanie and Bucket Hats).

    • We offer a complimentary** exchange service back to you via Standard Australia Post within Australia.  (**Only (a) if returned item value is $65 or greater, or (b) large items eg rugby boots, hoodies and jackets are excluded from the complimentary postage offer).

    • If you have received a New Customer Welcome discount, Free Shipping discount (for orders >$150) or item is valued at $65 or less, then all postage costs for any exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.  

    • If return postage costs are required to be paid for your exchange request, you will be contacted to arrange a payment method. 

    • We only offer one (1) product exchange (as per the above terms) after the initial purchase.  If you still require another item, you will need to place another order for this item.

    • Exchanges are only available for orders with an Australian delivery address.  International customers can only receive a store-credit or refund.


RETURNS FOR STORE-CREDIT/REFUND

  • If you are returning an item for refund/store credit, your item will be assessed to ensure that it meets the above returns criteria within 2 - 3 business days.  Postage costs paid by you from the original order are non-refundable.

  • Please ensure you include a copy of your Dispatch Note, or a letter to identify your name and order number. If returning goods for a refund we will credit the original payment method used to place your order.

  • A restocking fee equivalent to 5% of the total item value will be deducted from the store credit / refund.

  • Please Note - if you received a New Customer Welcome discount or a Free Shipping discount (for orders >$150) on the original order, the costs of the original postage (which are not free to us) or discount amount will be deducted from the refund/store-credit value.

 

  

ORDER CANCELLATION/CHANGE OF MIND REQUEST

 

  • In the event that you request to cancel your order before dispatch, a restocking fee of 5% of the order value is applicable and will be deducted from the refund. 

  • If the request to cancel is received after parcel dispatch, the conditions for product return (as outlined above) are applicable.
